By installing or using CedarDesk Tools add-ons or this website, you agree to these terms.

The service

CedarDesk Reminders sends email reminders based on dates in your Google Sheet, using your Google account. A free version is offered; paid features may be added later with clear pricing before you are charged.

Your responsibilities

Only send reminders to people who expect them and have agreed to hear from you. You are responsible for following anti-spam laws (such as Canada’s CASL and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act) and Google’s policies.
Check that the dates, addresses and message text in your sheet are correct.
Don’t use the add-on for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful.

Limits and availability

Google limits how many emails each account can send per day, and schedules can be delayed or stopped by Google. We work to make reminders reliable, but we can’t guarantee that every reminder will be sent or delivered on time. Don’t rely on the add-on as your only reminder for anything critical, such as legal deadlines.

No warranty

The add-on is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, CedarDesk Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed, late or incorrect reminders. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update the add-on or these terms; we will post changes here. You can stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
